Brady's 3 month / 10 day stats

Brady had a routine checkup today. It was his 3 month checkup, but was 10 days past the 3 month mark. He did pretty good through it. Just didn't like the part where the doctor looks in his mouth and gags him. He started to cry after that. :(

The Dr. says he looks good. Next month he will get 2 shots. And that appointment is later in the month even more, because we will be away during the Christmas break. So he actually goes on December 31st.

Weight: 15 lbs. 3 oz. (90th percentile)
Height: 27 inches. (off the charts for his age)

Real Quick

We relisted the house with our old realtor.
We dropped the price by $3,000.
She dropped it another $2,000, off of her commissions.
I decided that Brady's room wasn't buyer friendly.
So I bought mint green paint tonight, and painted it.
Just the top half that had the green walls with yellow circles.
Paint is drying now.
Brady is sleeping in our room in the co-sleeper.

Just got done with Day 3 of Shredding.
Muscles are sore.
I feel the burn.
Out of the shower now.
And off to bed.

Frustrations

You know, I started to write this real long post on about the re-listing of our house and how the Realtor wants to list it $15K lower than what we have it at now. And I was going to talk about all the frustrations of having to make these decisions. But I'm can feel my blood pressure start to go up and my mind starting to get all mixed up in these thoughts and can't seem to make 'the right decision'.
The fact that we are not currently listed, and we need to be on the market to sell, makes me want to just re-list it with our old Realtor, with the same listing price. And then give my mind a rest to think about things some more. I'm not really wanting to lower the price anymore, mainly because we are at the lowest. Seriously. If we sell today at our listing price, after commissions and all, we would walk away with Nothing. Nada. Zip. Pretty much there was no investment made out of this house. So if we were to lower the price, we would be looking at bringing money to the closing.
This is just what I didn't want to get into. I just need more time to think about what is the right choice and what we need to do with this house.

New Tops

This evening we went to Gap to use our 30% total coupon and American Eagle to get 30% off clearance AND 20% off the total. I got a few new casual shirts, because I can't seem to do sweaters this year. I just am getting too warm when I wear them, and end up changing into something lighter. Not sure if its still post-partum hormones or what. And its easier for breastfeeding to have something lighter on.

I got this shirt from Gap, but in a purple plaid.

So that was my bit of shopping for the week. Now, if I could stay away from Target and Kohl's, I should be good! :)

Chimis, Scraping & Gaming

I really don't have anything to blog about today. I got up. Went to a birthday party for Erin and Zack's son Ethan. Can't believe the kid is EIGHT! Gah! These kids are really growing up!

We stopped by through the drive thru of McDonalds for Lukas, and Los Tres Amigos for Tony and I. That seems to be our favorite take-out dinner these days. We always get the same. He orders the 1/2 order of nachos with beef and cheese only, and I get the chicken chimichangas. Too bad we weren't able to dine in, I would love to have a margarita! And for only $2.50 too! I went out to dinner this past Wednesday with Jennifer and Erin there and was able to enjoy a 'rita there. Of course I didn't finish it, because it was really strong, and I wanted to be able to drive home. But that was my first one from there, and it was yummy!

Other than that, I'm working now, and missing out on a scrap night at Nicole's. A much needed scrap night too. I haven't scrapped in 2 months! What I really need to do is organize my pictures and see what I still need to order from last summer. Yeah, the summer of 2008! I better get on the ball with this, because now there is one more kid in the picture. Im going to be having to scrap his things pretty soon! Although I do want to keep scrapping in order. Makes me have a better idea of where I am in the process, rather than skipping around.

I haven't loaded any new pics lately.. but here is one that is in my latest uploaded folder. Here is Lukas with my old his new toy, Nintendo DS. He loves to play the Super Mario Bros. and has actually gotten pretty good. He has completed several of the stages by himself even. Not sure if that is something to be proud of... of a kid playing video games. LOL!

I had all intentions on getting a post in by midnight. But unfortunately I got busy at work the last 3 hours of the day.

But.
That doesn't mean that I actually didn't blog.
Because I did.

I just didn't blog over on this blog. My 'Make me Fit' Blog actually got a posting, of which that I'm am really geeked about. You'll just have to read more about it over there.

On another note, I'm looking forward to Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I've heard so many people doing this or starting this and it just seems like the perfect thing for me to do, as the weather is getting cooler and my spare time has gotten shorter. I hear these workouts are only 20 minutes? Are you kidding me? That's awesome! Then I won't be as likely to not do them. And I dont even have to leave the house. Even better. As that does take even more time to run back and forth to the gym. Which I wouldn't mind, but not as likely. Just being honest with myself here.

So, thats it for now. Like I said, I'm looking forward to this. Anyone else out there doing this or plan on doing it, that hasn't spoke up yet?
